So our friend Joe read my last post and he says yeah, that sounds pretty cool. But Joe quickly realized there is a problem with rewiring the house. The upgrades are causing him a huge headache. Every time Joe plugs in a light bulb it explodes, the television burned up and the screen shatter the moment he turned it on and now the HVAC fried when it kicked on, all from the massive amount of juice they are now receiving. Joe soon realizes that if he happened to come into contact with a loose outlet instead of being shocked, it would most likely kill him. Joe knows that bypassing a step-down transformer could bring wondrous results, but if not used correctly it could be devastating.
Is the reason we are partially neglected or cutting ourselves off from receiving the Universal Energies power be due to our inability to control it? Perhaps. If our bodies received the full force of the Universal Mind, could we physically tolerate its effects? Would we become totally ineffective (like Joe's appliances) in dealing with the world? Would we be unable to process our day to days? So how do we gain enlightenment without risking our own personal total meltdown? I don't want to sit around all day and simply meditate in hopes of raising my awareness. I don't think that is my primary purpose anyway. We already have total awareness located somewhere within us, but we are simply taking a break from it. Maybe our higher selves are shielding us from its power until we can learn how to use it. Just like driving a car. If I am not aware of the dangers of driving then I could easily kill myself along with others. Once one matures enough and learns how to drive, a car can be a wonderful asset to enjoying life. Is this why we haven't tapped into total awareness as of yet? If we could somehow gain greater insight in knowing how to handle the risks, then we could live a life at a much higher level of existence. A life of unlimited potential. WOW!
For the moment, let's get back to Joe's problem, he wants the power, but presently is at a loss on how to use and control it. Then Joe has an "AHA" moment. He splits the power cord coming into his house into Cord A and Cord B. He connects Cord A to his own step-down transformer so it can run his house without fear of blowing the dang thing up. He now has Cord B to use in order to create his very own Concert Stage where he invites his friends to come out and enjoy.
Namaste,
